Please contact our sales team on 0208 751 2222 and they will go through your specific requirements and supply you with a competitive price and delivery date. You will be assigned a personal account manager who will oversee your order throughout.
Yes. Have a chat with one of our friendly sales team about your requirements and we can send you samples of the relevant items, or if you’re after a bespoke product we can make branded samples for you. Samples are available either free of charge or on a sale or return basis.
Depending on the material to be personalised and your design requirements, we can advise you on the most appropriate method of personalisation for a cost effective, high quality finish. These include: screen printing; embroidery; tampo/pad printing; blocking; engraving and die-stamping. You can also have garments re-labelled for a bespoke finish.
Personalisation of products is either carried out at source or in the UK as required.
We accept artwork in almost every format, the most common of which are Adobe Illustrator (.eps) files or high resolution .jpeg files, if in doubt please ask.
We also provide a design service, simply supply a copy of your logo or a sketch of what you’re after and our design team will come up with a solution for you.
This depends on the product you are selecting, however we do handle small runs – please ask.
We are conscious of the date sensitive nature of promotional merchandising products and because of this we take our delivery times very seriously. We pride ourselves on being one of the most experienced importers in our industry and by using the most resourceful freight logistics we get your order to you more efficiently than most other promotional companies.
Standard delivery time for personalised products is 2-3 weeks for goods from the UK and 8 weeks from South East Asia, but please discuss your requirements with our sales team for an accurate turnaround time from point of order.

We love a challenge at Samurai! Our sales and design teams will work with you to find the most effective solution and source bespoke samples for you from our ISO accredited partner manufactures in South East Asia. Even relatively small quantities are achievable, so if you’re looking something a little different just ask.
Absolutely. All orders are processed from our central warehouse facilities. Whether you require goods to be palletised for onward distribution; broken down into smaller packages for UK nationwide delivery or holding in stock for delivery on demand, we are flexible to accommodate your specific needs.
